Your energy introduce you, even before you speak. Every motivational books, speakers, inspirational stories have one common conclusion “think positive, speak positive and focus on positive energy. However, sometime situations are such that unknowingly we wrap with negative thinking which results into Negative Energy. Negative energy makes you believe that whatever can go wrong, will go wrong and whatever can go right, will probably go wrong too.
Become aware of your negative thinking, before, you stuck in negative Energy.
We are the results of what we have thought. It is hard to believe that reality and everything around us is what type of energy we have created within our mind. You are today your thought brought you and you will be tomorrow, where your thought takes you. Let’s understand the negative energy in a positive approach.
What is Negative Energy?
Negative Energies are emotions that are not desirable to people which express; sadness, anger, hate, hopelessness, fear, stress, jealousy and pain. If a particular thought makes you feel constrain or drain then it is negative energy. It’s source is mainly fear, sometimes conscious and often unconscious fear. When you carry fears, you emit negative energy and this might affect you and others around you. It seems that with most people, positive thinking requires some effort, whereas, negative thinking comes easily and often uninvited.
In my previous articles in law of attraction series, I explained that similar energy attracts similar energy and thought attracts corresponding thoughts & situations. Here is the deal, positive people are drawn to positive energy and negative people are drawn to negative energy.
Human brain pays more attentions to negative experiences than to positive ones. It’s incredible to know that a human mind thinks between 15,000 to 50,000 thoughts every day, that’s an average of 700-2500 thoughts per hour. If you pay attention to these thoughts, you would be amazed to know that most of them are useless, unimportant. On average, 80 percent of those habitual thoughts are negative one which creates negative energy. Unfortunately, our brain is designed to take in negative experiences more deeply than positive experiences.
Positive people generally gets what they want out of life, and even if things don’t go their way, they still enjoy their lives. While negative people whine and moan about their misfortunes and even the good things in their lives. Positive energy let you do everything better than negative energy does. Who or what is to blame when good things happen to you? Do you acknowledge that you are responsible for the good things? If yes, then why do you blame external events or other people for your failures?
Beautiful things happen in your life, when you distance yourself from Negative Energy.
